Spinach-Green Peas Puri / पालक मटार पुरी



Spinach-Green Peas Puri:
Ingredients: 25-30 spinach leaves and 1 cup green peas blanched together for 10 minutes, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 8-10 green chilies (Take as per your taste, but as we are going to add wheat flour in this mixture, more chilies can be added).
Grind Onion, Ginger-garlic paste, chilies, cumin seeds to a fine paste. keep aside and grind spinach-green peas also to a fine paste.
Heat the oil. Saute Onion and other spices till gets brown. Add Spinach green peas paste. Add salt as per taste. Saute for 2 minutes and let it cool completely.
Add 1 tablespoon besan (chickpea flour) and slowly add wheat flour to form a semi soft dough. Cover for atleast half an hour.
Make puries as usual and fry in oil. Serve it with curd (add some chilly powder, salt and coriander leaves in curd)


Or else, you can serve these puries with tomato sauce, pickle, schezwan chutney as per your choice. 

पालक मटार पुरी
२५-३० पालक ची पाने आणि एक वाटी मटार ब्लांच करून घेतले. एक कांदा, १ चमचा आलं लसूण पेस्ट, १ चमचा जिरं आणि ८-१० मिरच्या (तुम्ही तुमच्या आवडीप्रमाणे हे कमी-जास्त करू शकता पण नंतर यातच कणिक घालायची असते. त्यामुळे थोड्या जास्त मिरच्या चालतात ) मिक्सरमधून फिरवून घेतले. नंतर पालक आणि मटार पण मिक्सर मधून काढून घेतले.
नंतर १ चमचाभर तेलात कांदा, मिरची, आलं लसूण पेस्ट आणि जिरं परतून घेतलं. त्यातच ही मटार-पालक पेस्ट पण परतली. अगदी २ मिनिटे. चवीनुसार मीठ घातलं. ही भाजी थंड होऊ दिली. त्यात १ टेबलस्पून चणा डाळ पीठ आणि मावेल एवढी कणिक घातली. अर्धा तास झाकून ठेवली.
नंतर नेहमीप्रमाणे पुर्या करून तळल्या. दह्यात थोडी तिखट पूड आणि मीठ कोथिंबीर घालून वाढलं.

तुम्ही ह्या पुर्या टोमेटो सॉस, शेजवान चटणी किंबा लोणच असं काहीही घेऊन खाऊ शकता.
